Tim McSwain

Tim is a 2006 graduate from Texas Tech University with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a focus in HVAC and Thermal Dynamics. He has almost 6 six years of experience in HVAC engineering sales, starting his carrier as a sales engineer for the David Halley Co. in Lubbock Texas from 2006 to 2010, where his main focus was in hydronics, everything from steam specialties to boilers, pumps, chillers, Fan Coil Units, and Air Handlers. Tim then furthered his career with Johnson Controls as a Systems Sales Engineer in Austin Texas from 2010 to 2011 handling everything from Building Automation Systems to Chillers, packaged DX systems, AHU's, FCU's, Underfloor Air systems, and Variable Flow Systems. In 2011 he obtained his LEED Green Associate Certificate and is also involved in organizations such as CAMO (Central Area Maintenance and Operations), YEA (Young Engineers), ASHREA, AAFAME, and TEMA.
